We ship from New Delhi to every state in India through reputed courier companies. International orders are accepted on request.
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received. If an item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, we tell you the expected date before you pay.
Most orders reach metro cities in 2–5 working days and other locations in 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates given by the courier.
Shipping is charged at actual cost, based on the parcel's weight and size, your location and the courier company you choose (for example standard surface or express air). We confirm the exact amount with your order or quotation before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Once your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
We can supply outside India on request. Contact us with the products, quantity and delivery address and we will confirm the price, freight and export paperwork for your order. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours (with photos if possible) and we will arrange a replacement. See Shipping & returns.
